I was having some issues with my AC and control alarms, and since nowadays it’s so difficult to find trustworthy people in the auto repair business, I asked several friends from the community for references. Rick’s came highly recommended and in particular they recommended asking for Dante. Indeed, Dante went out of his way to listen and understand the issues with my car, and then helped me understand the options I had. They were able to get the issues fixed just like it was explained to me, and my car is working great, no issues whatsoever. I wanted to do a follow up review. My experience was really good! If you're a lady like me then you know when dealing with a mechanic shop sometimes it's best we have our own knowledge or a guy with us who has the knowledge. And Randy helped me and made me feel comfortable with my car decisions and he was awesome. He fixed my wheel axle a couple weeks ago, it took him about 2 hours or so and I haven't had any issues with it since. He even gave me some info about my brakes. I told him another company made it seem like I needed brakes immediately he assured me that wasn't true and I had a lot of time before needing brakes & I feel content with that and trust his opinion on my vehicle. His personality was fun as well. Very professional guy. I enjoyed my experience here at Rick's auto!

Randy was incredible!! Great service. Great personality. Another shop told me I needed brakes BADLY and had me so worried but Randy educated me and showed me that that info was not true. Honest mechanic! He fixed the axle on my Volvo and did it in under 3 hours. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE! he is part of the reason I have found a new auto mechanic home

Devon has been phenomenal. They’ve been proactive with their communication keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle. Dante/Donte however was very rude. They really need to work on who they allow to communicate with customers. Devon was great. Dante was not.

My daughter Passíon recently moved to Dallas and unfortunately almost had a terrible accident due to a horrible knocking noise coming from suspension that prohibited her from accelerating over 25mph. Shortly after arriving, they were able to find that 3 out of 4 lug bolts were missing in her right passenger tire which could’ve resulted in her entire tire coming off while driving! DeVin and Dante were extremely helpful with a speedy diagnoses and was even able to assist with a ride home until the repairs were complete. So glad she was able to receive the help she needed and even triple check her suspension to make sure nothing further was damaged! They truly do go above and beyond and was able to get her in and out, and back on the road within a few hours!

I recently hit a curb rent a tire which required my tires be aligned. I was really concerned that I was going to have a very expensive bill. However Rick's work with me two new tires all Wheels aligned and repaired my brakes, for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend their service. I have been with them for over 10 years.

I took my car for an alignment and for a diagnos for a clunking noise coming from the front. The technician (Steve) did a thorough inspection and figured out what the problem was. They repaired without any hassle. Now my clunking noise is gone and drives good as new with the new alignment they did. Great people to deal with they even shuttle me back and forth keep up the good work. I'll be going back for sure

Ricks has been my go to shop for everything since I’ve lived in the area. I originally went there bc they gave me the lowest quote on new brake pads and rotors. Just recently got my tires there and they quoted me 75$ less than discount tire did. Friendly staff, professional work. 10/10 recommend.
